about UPPER ROOM PRAYER

One of the central aspects of The Furnace is our Upper Room Prayer. This worship and prayer time is open to the public. It is designed to reflect the tabernacle of David shown in 1 Chronicles 9:33, 22-24. It is a place to have unceasing worship to God and to partner with what Jesus is interceding for our world. Why? Because He is worthy!

During this service, we start with live worship, or piped in soaking worship that leads into a time of prayer.

Our prayer times are generally times of Intercession for the city reside in, Kenosha, WI, and the surrounding area.  We also pray for the church, that it will be built up and operating in the power of the Holy Spirit.

When we pray, we generally pray scripture from the Bible.  There is no greater power than to pray the Word of God.

Everyone is welcome to Upper Room Prayer. You can come and go as you please. You can join in with the corporate worship and prayer or engage in private prayer, read your bible, study or journal. You can sit, stand or pace in our open areas.

We do ask that in whatever you choose to do, please do it in a manner that honors and serves the other people in the room.
